Take-Two Interactive SoftwareAustin, TX

About The Position

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a versatile individual who can operate as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Manager, adapting to the needs of the team and the work. This role requires a practical understanding of agile delivery, recognizing that infrastructure work may not always fit a strict software sprint model. The ideal candidate will help teams improve flow, predictability, and accountability while navigating operational demands, unplanned work, cross-team dependencies, and urgent business needs. Key responsibilities include clear communication, organizing complex technical work, securing commitments, managing risks, identifying critical paths, spotting edge cases, and keeping stakeholders aligned. The focus is on enhancing team effectiveness, creating visibility, and guiding infrastructure leaders and engineers through ambiguity.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in agile delivery, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar roles within IT or enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, platform, operations, cloud, networking, security, endpoint, service management, or enterprise technology teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, agile planning, backlog management, dependency management, retrospectives, team metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to support teams with intake, prioritization, work sequencing, risk management, capacity conversations, unplanned work visibility, and delivery health reporting.
  • Ability to distinguish between owning the delivery process and owning the technical work.
  • Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and project or portfolio management tools.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide conversations, surface risks, resolve ambiguity, and help technical teams and stakeholders align on priorities and next steps.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear written updates, executive summaries, schedules, RAID logs, decision records, and delivery documentation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift, new work can emerge, and teams need help balancing committed delivery with operational support.
  • Experience with change management, implementation readiness, deployment coordination, operational handoffs, and stakeholder communications in complex technical environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience improving team boards, workflows, reporting, and intake practices is strongly preferred.
  • CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, PMP, or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively solve problems by working with infrastructure teams to keep work moving, remove blockers, escalate impediments, and achieve optimal business outcomes.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, dependency reviews, and Kanban flow discussions.
  • Lead delivery by helping teams plan, sequence, and deliver committed work while maintaining visibility into operational demand and unplanned work.
  • Simplify processes, protect engineering time, and utilize reporting, meetings, and documentation effectively to aid decision-making.
  • Communicate complex infrastructure delivery status clearly to technical teams, business partners, and senior leaders using data, dates, risks, dependencies, and facts.
  • Adapt between Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, and Delivery Manager roles as required by the work.
  • Improve team flow and continuous improvement by supporting backlog hygiene, intake routines, working agreements, definitions of ready and done, and lightweight metrics.
  • Leverage technical credibility to understand infrastructure domains (networking, cloud, hosting, etc.), ask pertinent questions, and recognize risks.
  • Act as a self-starter, moving forward in ambiguous environments, identifying next steps, bringing people together, and creating structure for team progress.
  • Foster an open and collaborative environment, building trust with various stakeholders, sharing information, and supporting accountability without taking ownership away from the team.
