As a Scrum Master Associate within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL, Farmer's Branch, TX, or Dallas, TX. Requirements

University / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities

Fosters Agile values and practices.
May begin to support a scrum team.
Ensures team adherence to Agile principles.
Assists with coaching a Scrum Team on how to execute the Scrum framework.
Experiments with processes and tools that encourage continuous improvement to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk.
Works in partnership with more senior scrum masters to protect the team from outside influences to ensure the team remains focused on Scrum Team priorities.
Partners with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business value.
