BRINGING ART + GARMENTS TO LIFE. THE OPPORTUNITY: If you've got experience in production, manufacturing, or hands-on work, you'll feel right at home at Lakeshirts. We will train you in screenprinting, but your ability to work efficiently, stay consistent, and deliver quality will set you apart. In this role, you will work with a team to bring designs to life on t-shirts while learning to run screenprinting equipment. The work is active, steady, and straightforward. You will build practical skills and see the direct impact of your work every day. Whether you choose days or nights, Lakeshirts offers a clear path for growth. Day-shift team members start at $17 per hour and can earn $25+ per hour as they build skills and advance through our career levels. Night-shift team members start at $22 per hour with opportunities to earn $30+ per hour. High performers can advance quickly, with some team members moving up in as little as 90 days.

Requirements

  • High school education is desirable, but not required
  • Previous production, manufacturing, or machine operation experience preferred
  • Basic tablet or computer experience preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable, responsible and able to take direction well
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours per shift
  • Employee must be able to see and hear, read and write.
  • Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, judgment, reading, speaking, following direction, handling multiple priorities, reasoning.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze orders on a tablet/computer to confirm design, ink colors and placement
  • Set up and operate screenprinting press and production equipment
  • Adjust rotation, speed, pressure, and registration to achieve print quality
  • Change/clean screens and ink for specific orders
  • Unload garments from the press
  • Verify quality of clothing and ink design
  • Change screens and ink for specific orders
  • Follow company standards and work to achieve department goals
  • Follow production and safety standards, including OSHA guidelines
  • Work with the team to meet daily production goals
  • Other duties as assigned
