Screening Specialist
About The Position
We are seeking a Long-Term Care Service Specialist to perform intake and screening of potentially eligible individuals for enrollment in state-funded long-term care programs. The Long-Term Care Specialist informs potentially eligible individuals and their representatives about available programs and services and educates community partners about how to obtain the support programs and services which AAASWFL offers. This is a non-clinical role performed in office, over the phone with clients. This is a call center environment.
