About The Position

The Screening Outpatient Floor Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the outpatient screening floor within a professional, scientific, and technical services environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient clinical operations or healthcare management.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of outpatient screening procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills daily to guide and motivate the team, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations.
  • Analytical skills are essential for monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Effective communication skills facilitate clear and timely information exchange between staff, management, and patients, which is critical for resolving issues and maintaining compliance.
  • Proficiency with healthcare technology, including EHR systems, supports accurate data management and reporting.
