About The Position

The Screening Outpatient Floor Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the outpatient screening floor within a professional, scientific, and technical services environment. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient clinical operations or healthcare management.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of outpatient screening procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills daily to guide and motivate the team, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations.
Analytical skills are essential for monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Effective communication skills facilitate clear and timely information exchange between staff, management, and patients, which is critical for resolving issues and maintaining compliance.

Nice To Haves
