About The Position

Vishay Barry is seeking a Screen Room Operator to perform thick film processing and produce passive electronic component arrays. The role involves working with a unique product line at the company’s manufacturing facility in Attleboro, Massachusetts, and is onsite. The posting lists 1st- and 2nd-shift positions and an hourly pay range of $22–$24.

The position requires using substrate drawings and screen printers to measure critical dimensions, as well as handling chemicals and inks. The operator follows written instructions and safety rules while completing production processes and maintaining work logs and timesheets.

Requirements

• High school education and technical understanding.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with microscopes, hand tools, chemicals and inks, and process equipment.
• Experience working with prints and specifications, and using a computer to log work and timesheets.
• Ability to learn new products quickly, work independently, and remain highly motivated.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined by applicable U.S. federal law.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of screen-printing experience is preferred.
