About The Position

Vishay Barry is currently seeking applicants for Screen Room Operator. The Screen Room Operator will have an opportunity to enhance their manufacturing skills by working on a unique product line. The Screen Room Operator is responsible for performing thick film processing to produce passive electronic component arrays. Requirements

High school education and technical understanding.
2+ years of manufacturing experience.
Experience with microscopes, hand tools, handling chemicals/inks, and process equipment.
Experience with prints/specifications, computer for logging work and time sheets.
Must be able to learn new products quickly, work independently, and be highly motivated.
Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of screen-printing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Use substrate drawings and screen printers to measure scope for critical dimensions as well as handle chemicals and inks.
Create work logs and update timesheets.
Complete work accurately by following written instructions and adhere to required Safety rules.
Perform setup, alignments, printing, firing, electrical tests, and breakdown.
