About The Position

The Automatic Press Apprentice is positioned to become an Automatic Press Operator. During training, you’ll learn the screen printing process from a world-class production team. You’ll work directly alongside our Press Operators, Production Manager, and Post-Production Team to keep production moving by assisting press operators by pulling shirts of the press and loading them onto the dryer. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that teaches you the foundation of screen printing from the ground up from the best. If you’ve ever wanted to learn a valuable trade that isn’t taught in a class or school, this is where that journey starts. Requirements

• Willingness to learn, take direction, and show dedication
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in varying temperatures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Have reliable transportation
• No experience required

Responsibilities

• Unload garments off the press
• Assist the Press Operator with screen changes and ink preparation
• Monitor print quality during production runs
• Keep the press area clean and organized
• Hands-on training on real production runs
