About The Position
Eagle Metalcraft in East Syracuse is seeking an entry-level Screen Printing / Pad Printing Associate. This role is designed for individuals interested in hands-on manufacturing work, involving assistance with printing, packaging, and other general shop duties. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. Essential qualities for this position include a strong work ethic and a willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Willingness to learn new skills in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, or production environments
- Familiarity with basic tools and shop equipment
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate screen printing and pad printing equipment (training provided)
- Packaging and unpacking delicate parts
- Inspect printed parts for accuracy, alignment and defects
- Follow work instructions, job travelers and production schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with other shop tasks as needed
