About The Position
Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for a Screen Printer Operator on 1st Shift. Overtime is available as needed. Responsible for producing Vishay products that meet and exceed quality and customer expectations. Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of resistors and e-beam technology. There are around 600 employees currently working in Columbus, NE. We are one of the largest employers in the Columbus Area.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and perform arithmetic calculations.
- Prior production experience is desirable.
- Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
Responsibilities
- Obtain work orders and materials and prepares according to specifications instructions.
- Install squeegee and specifications and adjust for parallelism and height.
- Arrange and sets-up variables such as location pin, vacuum holes, snap-off indicators, and flood bars on the print table to accommodate each order.
- Accomplishes preliminary set-up.
- Prints a test samples or target to resistor value.
- Print orders as required.
- Follow all SPC requirements.
- Clean printers and screens after completion of each order and maintain organized, clean work areas.
- Fill out all paperwork as required.
