Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for a Screen Printer Operator on 1st Shift. Overtime is available as needed. Responsible for producing Vishay products that meet and exceed quality and customer expectations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write and perform arithmetic calculations.
  • Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior production experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain work orders and materials and prepares according to specifications instructions.
  • Install squeegee and specifications and adjust for parallelism and height.
  • Arrange and sets-up variables such as location pin, vacuum holes, snap-off indicators, and flood bars on the print table to accommodate each order.
  • Accomplishes preliminary set-up.
  • Prints a test samples or target to resistor value.
  • Print orders as required.
  • Follow all SPC requirements.
  • Clean printers and screens after completion of each order and maintain organized, clean work areas.
  • Fill out all paperwork as required.
