This On-Site role is located at 950 E. Avenue K, Grand Prairie, TX 75050, with work hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed and during peak operations from June to December.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General education degree (GED).
  • Ability to speak and read English instructions.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to follow orders and proper machine operating.
  • Ability to learn tasks quickly, be detailed, accuracy-driven, personable, team-oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.
  • Candidates are required to differentiate and coordinate colors.
  • Regularly required to stand for long periods of time.
  • Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis.
  • Requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the production of screen-printed material.
  • Production, coating, and cleaning of screens used in the screen-printing process.
  • Quality checking finished product based on customer specifications.
  • Assisting on press by loading material and applying ink to screens.
  • Movement of material throughout the facility using an RF scanner.
  • Reviewing work orders, observing specifications and special notes, and preparing the work area to start printing multi-color work.
  • Direct physical activity to maintain productivity while meeting quality specifications.
  • Quality checking decorated garments based on customer specifications.
  • Loading material on press, applying ink to screens, changing squeegees, and pre-counting material before decoration based on paperwork.
  • Operation of machinery used to coat, reclaim, image, and develop screens.
  • Moving material into staging locations throughout the facility using a pallet jack and RF scanner.
  • Ensuring the work area and equipment are kept clean, wiped down with press wash at least once per week.
  • Utilizing all personal protective equipment as required for personal safety and the safety of peers.
