About The Position

The Screen Press Operator is responsible for the general operation and maintenance of the press machine. The operator responds to work orders, sets up and operates the press, troubleshoots issues, and provides quality control for projects. The role also includes cleaning and housekeeping tasks and supporting team members as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Fluent English.
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Mechanical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adapt quickly to changes while maintaining productivity and effectiveness under pressure.
• Ability to work well within a team, offering assistance and support to team members when necessary.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual ability.
• Experience with screen printing.
• Computer skills.
• Knowledge of M&R equipment.
• Tri-Loc experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work and production orders from the Production Manager.
• Set up and perform strike-offs, obtaining approval from the Production Manager to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
• Clean and perform miscellaneous housekeeping duties.
• Assist with troubleshooting when necessary.
• Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Production Manager.
