About The Position

Working in all weather conditions at the direction of a supervisor to accomplish the production goals for the company. This role involves operating a scale at a metals recycling plant, sorting metals, monitoring machine operations, and adhering to all safety policies. The position requires the ability to follow supervisor directions, maintain punctuality and great attendance, and possess a positive attitude with a willingness to work hard.

Requirements

• Familiar with scrap metal commodities and scale operations (references required)
• Energetic and can keep up with fast paced operations
• Computer literate with word and excel type programs
• Pays attention to detail and shows initiative
• Post Offer Basic Physical, Drug Test, and Background
• PPE required
• Spanish Speaking Friendly
• High School Diploma
