About The Position

If you love working with your hands, geeking out over high-end electrical systems, and helping people get stoked about their next adventure, this is the job for you. As a Scout Hub Technician, you'll be at the heart of our service operations, keeping our shop running smoothly, clean, and welcoming. From prepping trucks and installing campers to diagnosing electrical systems, every day brings something different. You'll be the go-to person for customers throughout their entire journey — whether it's scheduling appointments, walking them through their brand-new camper on delivery day, handling warranty claims, or answering technical questions about their camper. You'll also keep the parts organized, write up work orders, and help make sure the shop stays profitable and firing on all cylinders. We're a small, collaborative crew that's always learning and evolving — our products, processes, and tech are constantly improving, and we need someone excited to grow right along with us. If you're a lifelong learner who adapts quickly, thrives in a tight-knit team, and takes pride in quality work and the great outdoors, we'd love to meet you.
