About The Position

Seeking a long-term commitment for a full-time SCM Solution Architect role. This position requires 100% onsite presence in Indianapolis, IN, or at a client location. The role is within a consulting firm and is ideal for someone with extensive SAP experience, particularly in Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain transformations and a proven track record of leading large-scale SAP programs.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of overall SAP experience.
• Strong background in SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Proven experience in SAP SCM spanning Manufacturing, Logistics Execution, and Plant Maintenance.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain transformations.
• Experience leading at least two large-scale SAP programs.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, Process Industry).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) (decentralized and embedded).
• Strong understanding of Quality Management (QM) integration with production processes.
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Supply Chain programs (Plan-to-Produce and Procure-to-Pay integration).
• Experience integrating shop floor systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and third-party logistics (3PL) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) initiatives.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain transformations.
• Manage end-to-end Supply Chain programs, including Plan-to-Produce and Procure-to-Pay integration.
• Integrate shop floor systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and third-party logistics (3PL) solutions.
• Provide expertise in manufacturing processes (MTS, MTO, Process Industry).
• Oversee and implement SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions.
• Ensure Quality Management (QM) integration with production processes.
• Manage Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) aspects.

Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 per annum
• Total Compensation: Base salary plus standard benefits
