About The Position

The Specialist - Supply Chain Management supports Manager and carries out activities for more than one functional area of supply chain management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Proficiency in SAP and BW.
  • Proficiency in MS Office package.
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Autonomous and self-driven.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inputs for formulation of the functional strategies and ensure their implementation.
  • Conduct SCM related research and analyses, support development of relevant policies and budget planning.
  • Identify optimization areas for processes and systems, suggest improvement to better meet business requirements.
  • Carry out accountabilities assigned to meet targets related to cost, productivity, accuracy and timeline.
  • Track and drive actions for SCM KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct monthly reporting and data analysis on key SCM metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Responsible for the creation, development, and forecasting of yearly budgets, overseeing current year status versus forecast.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions for deviations in SCM KPIs and departmental targets.
  • Identify, drive, and implement initiatives to achieve cost savings within the supply chain.
  • Collaborate internally and externally to streamline actions, set up and lead follow-up calls with stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key user for data reporting and implementation of new SCM tools.
