Overview As the Manager SCM Analytics Developer, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance to a team of analytics and AI developers, driving the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions that support and accelerate supply chain performance. You will be responsible for aligning analytics and AI initiatives with business objectives, fostering a data-driven culture, and ensuring high standards of analytical rigor and innovation. This role will drive Supply Chain opportunities and collaboration with functional teams, while also supporting and enabling other groups such as Commercial, IT, and Finance on their partner facing initiatives to bundle cohesive, thorough programs and initiatives. The Manager SCM Analytics Developer will develop repeatable solutions and best practices that can be offered to our strategic partner, minimize duplication of efforts across various functions and projects. Initiatives include but are not limited to: S&OP Integration, Network Optimization, Inventory Optimization, Rationalizing Slow Moving Inventory, and Reporting improvements.
