About The Position

Dashing Diva is looking for an SCM/Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end inventory flow and drive strategic cost management to optimize distribution center efficiency and maximize supply chain profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field).
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a warehouse/DC environment.
• Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites
• Strong attention to details and communication skills
• Active and positive mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage DC operational budgets and execute cost-saving initiatives in freight and labor.
• Negotiate rates and contract SLAs with third-party carriers and logistics vendors.
• Review logistics cost variances and report financial KPIs to senior leadership.
• Streamline WMS workflows, dock scheduling, and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Oversee high-level inventory audits, cycle counting, and OS&D resolutions.
• Supervise, train, and manage performance for the distribution office staff.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for critical carrier and supplier issues.
• Drive operational performance to meet on-time delivery (OTD) and fulfillment targets.
