About The Position
Dashing Diva is seeking an SCM/Logistics Associate in a Distribution Center office to coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventory documentation, and resolve logistical issues to ensure seamless and efficient supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills, communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of warehouse management, technical procedures and ability to compliance governmental regulations
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cycle counts and reconcile system discrepancies.
- Issue and verify Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and invoices.
- Monitor transit status and proactively resolve delivery delays.
- Handle carrier billing discrepancies and OS&D (damage/shortage) claims.
- Serve as the main point of contact between carriers, CS, and warehouse floor teams.
- Track and report daily operational metrics (fulfilment rates, order accuracy).
