About The Position

The role formulates computational methods and conducts interpretative analyses for biopharma research and development and diagnostic applications. The Scientist / Senior Scientist will combine biological insight with computational techniques to develop predictive models with clinical applications, connect disease-relevant biology with computational analysis, and analyze novel epigenomic data to advance its clinical impact. The position also involves exploring disease biology and creating biologically informed analyses and diagnostic classifiers suitable for clinical use. The role is part of a cross-functional team spanning clinical, translational, computational, and product development functions. Level will be set commensurate with experience.

Requirements

Experience using computational analyses of the epigenome to develop a compelling biological narrative.
Comfort presenting biological interpretations in a group setting.
Proficiency in either R (Bioconductor) or Python.
Enthusiasm for challenging problems and a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to take on new projects with minimal direction and adapt to feedback and evolving information.
Ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams and value diverse perspectives.

Collaborate with clinical, translational, computational, and product development stakeholders to develop diagnostics.
