The successful candidate will assist the lead molecular imaging scientist in executing projects in collaboration with various therapeutic focus areas, technology teams, and imaging scientists at Regeneron. Projects will include a mix of imaging novel therapeutic antibody candidates against molecular targets and imaging reporter genes expressed via transduction in a variety of disease conditions. These projects will be conducted using nuclear or optical imaging and ex vivo biodistribution studies aimed at profiling the in vivo pharmacokinetics and target engagement of lead antibody candidates or understanding biodistribution of genetic medicines in relevant small animal models. Current and emerging projects include work on targets, antibodies, and genetic medicines pertinent to oncology, cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders, and other therapeutic areas. Projects are constantly evolving and may change as new ideas and opportunities present themselves.
