About The Position

Pharmaron is seeking a Scientist I/II to join their growing Discovery DMPK team. This role will contribute to critical in vivo pharmacokinetic (PK) and in vitro ADME studies, supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in their development of new therapeutics. This is an opportunity for an analytical scientist with LC-MS/MS expertise who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced contract research environment where scientific excellence and client service are paramount.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacokinetics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience within a CRO, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on LC-MS/MS (Mass Spectrometry) experience.
  • Experience supporting bioanalysis across diverse molecule types.
  • Knowledge of in vivo pharmacokinetic studies.
  • Strong scientific writing, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Design scientifically sound studies that support sponsor and internal research objectives.
  • Perform sample analysis for Discovery DMPK studies, including in vivo PK and in vitro ADME programs.
  • Execute and optimize LC-MS/MS assays following established development guidelines.
  • Review and execute study protocols while ensuring data integrity and scientific quality.
  • Author protocols, technical reports, and study summaries.
  • Process, analyze, interpret, and review scientific data.
  • Troubleshoot analytical methods and resolve technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with scientists, project managers, laboratory personnel, vendors, and commercial teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Serve as a Principal Investigator (PI) or Study Director (SD) within areas of expertise, as appropriate.
