Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry
• 0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with polymer chemistry and analytical chemistry techniques
• Familiarity with chromatography software and HPLC/UPLC systems
• Ability to analyze and interpret data related to resin properties
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

• Experience in analytical chemistry beyond academic setting
• Knowledge of advanced chromatography systems
• Exposure to ISO9001 quality standards and documentation

Responsibilities

• Synthesize raw and functionalized resins using established manufacturing protocols
• Execute polymer chemistry methods such as ATRP, grafting, and polymerizations
• Identify, report, and troubleshoot manufacturing issues, recommending countermeasures
• Communicate effectively with production teams to resolve delays and ensure workflow efficiency
• Present findings and collaborate with R&D, process development, and product management teams
• Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives (PPI, 5S, JDI, Safety)
• Perform routine analysis on resin size distribution and surface area
• Interpret chromatograms from HPLC/UPLC, GC-MS, and utilize chromatography software
• Generate and adhere to quality control documents in line with ISO9001 standards
