• Bachelor’s degree in physical engineering, chemical engineering, physics, or related field — required

• Knowledge of metrology methods and structured engineering approaches — advantage
• Experience in MEMS or microelectronics fabrication (3+ years) — advantage

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize metrology steps within existing manufacturing processes
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure smooth lot progression
• Contribute to developing and characterizing new processes and technologies
• Perform 2D/3D optical metrology, SEM/EDX analysis, and thin‑film measurements
• Use microscopy tools (optical and electron) to validate product quality
• Apply structured problem‑solving tools (SPC, 6‑Sigma, DOE, PFMEA, 5S, 8D)
• Document procedures, results, and process changes with accuracy
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and R&D teams
• Train colleagues on metrology tools and methods
• Recommend improvements to enhance performance, capability, and yield
