About The Position

Lasso Informatics is a SaaS start-up with a live research data management and analysis platform that brings together multi-modal (imaging, genetics, behavioral, and biosamples) data for large-scale studies. Thousands of researchers across the globe rely on our platform today, and we’re rapidly iterating and improving to push the boundaries of what’s possible in research data management. We live to innovate, and empower scientists to focus on the science, not the technology, leading to a faster time to science, and cure. Our team is incredibly diverse both by background and expertise, and that is not by accident. We believe that the most creative and powerful solutions come from different ways of thinking about the world. You will be working in an inspiring ecosystem alongside world-renowned professionals in medicine, physics, engineering, imaging, epidemiology, software development, and genetics. We thrive on empowering our colleagues to be thought leaders and innovate fresh new solutions for an exciting and rapidly changing field. We are seeking a highly organized, solutions-oriented Scientific Project Manager to help drive the execution of complex scientific and technical initiatives that power real-world discovery and impact. In this role, you will be part of the Project Management team that will keep multidisciplinary efforts moving forward with clarity, precision, and momentum. You will shape and support project operations by preparing agendas, capturing key decisions and action items, proactively surfacing risks to delivery in weekly Project Management meetings, and creating clear, durable documentation that enables teams to do their best work. You will coordinate closely with cross-functional teams of developers, QA specialists, scientists, and data managers, helping translate ambitious scientific and technical goals into well-executed, high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience as a Project Manager in a multi-disciplinary environment and thrives in fast-paced initiatives. You bring exceptional organizational and documentation skills, becoming a trusted partner and force multiplier for technical teams working at the intersection of science, data, and technology.

  • Understanding multi-site research and clinical trial networks as typical client environments.
  • Exceptional documentation skills, including technical minutes, action item tracking, and maintaining centralized references (e.g., architecture diagrams, data flows, decision logs).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at prioritizing in high-velocity environments.
