About The Position

As a scientific program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review and plan accelerated deliverable timelines. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and regular interactions with subject matter experts, program analysts, and customers. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing integrated master schedules for scientific or engineering programs
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing MS Project
  • Experience developing an integrated master schedule
  • Knowledge of multiple program management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Ability to use multiple program scheduling and management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of biological, chemical, or engineering science concepts
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business Management, Scientific, or Engineering related field
  • Scheduling Certifications such as PMI-SP Certification
