Axle is seeking a Scientific Program Analyst III to join our vibrant team at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) supporting the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) located in Rockville, MD. The Scientific Program Analyst will provide scientific and programmatic support to the NINDS Division of Neuroscience, especially the Channels, Synapses, and Circuits (CSC) Cluster, with emphasis on research portfolios involving neural circuits, synaptic transmission and plasticity, membrane proteins, channelopathies, epilepsy, and related translational neuroscience. The objective is to support timely, accurate, and policy-compliant portfolio analysis, scientific coding, reporting, and funding-related activities; strengthen coordination with program staff and stakeholders; and advance CSC priorities in basic, translational, and clinical neuroscience research.
