The Scientific Director/Senior Scientific Director will join the Medical Strategy and Communications division, which applies scientific knowledge to interpret data and develop compelling narratives that guide clients’ medical communications strategies in light of the therapeutic landscape and regulatory challenges. As a leader in the Scientific Services department, this person will oversee high-quality deliverables aligned with strategic objectives for Medical Affairs and Publications accounts. The role also serves as a strategic client partner, leads a team of medical writers, and ensures projects are delivered efficiently and on time. Oncology experience is highly desired.

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, or MD.
• At least 5 years of experience in a medical communications agency setting.

Nice To Haves

• Oncology experience.
• CMPP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead within the Scientific Services department.
