About The Position

High School Science Teacher While serving in this role, the individual must hold a current North Carolina Professional Educators license for his/her area of assignment. Must hold or be eligible to hold a North Carolina Professional Educators license in Middle Grades Science Education (6-9). Requirements

Hold a current North Carolina Professional Educators license for his/her area of assignment.
Hold or be eligible to hold a North Carolina Professional Educators license in Middle Grades Science Education (6-9).
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an approved education program in subject area
NC Teaching License or have qualifications to obtain a NC Teaching License
Strong background in North Carolina Standard Course of Study/Common Core and Essential Standards

Coordinate and direct the activities of the Teacher Assistant, if applicable
