About The Position

Teach science to secondary school students in grades 7–12. Design and develop science curriculum; prepare course objectives, outlines, and syllabi; and assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, classwork, and homework. Plan and coordinate student preparation for training programs, field trips, and workshops supporting school projects. The position is in Frankfort, New York, and is 40 hours per week, with an annual salary of $64,500.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science Education, Chemistry Education, Biology Education, Physics Education, Science, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or an Engineering field.
• Two years of experience in the job.
• New York State Teacher Certification.
