About The Position
The Science of Learning Lab Manager will work under the general supervision of the PI on various research projects performing standard laboratory procedures and supporting undergraduate student researchers. Specifically, the Research Assistant will be responsible for organizing lab schedules and tasks, supporting data collection, data entry, data analysis, and qualitative coding, applying standard quality control procedures to ensure accuracy of results. The lab manager will also attend weekly meetings with the PI for direction and to ensure task accuracy.
Requirements

- Initiates and ensures compliance with applicants data collection procedures
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in research
- Required to hold a valid drivers license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program.
- Must be able to provide proof of work authorization
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferably in Psychology, Education, or related field)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
- Experience working in a lab
