About The Position

This will be an entry level school to work role supporting the Purchasing Team.

Requirements

• Entry level position
• Ability to support the Purchasing team with administrative and operational activities.
• Ability to assist with Change Management work, including ER (Engineering Release) and VPCR (Value Package Change Request) work and related documentation processes.
• Ability to conduct basic data analysis and reporting with guidance from Purchasing team members.
• Ability to enter and maintain data in purchasing and business systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to review information for completeness and identify discrepancies for team review.
• Ability to organize and maintain electronic records and documentation.
• Ability to assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to support purchasing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures regarding procurement and data management.
