School Therapist (LMFT or LCSW)
About The Position
Make a meaningful impact on students' mental health while building a rewarding school-based career! Cross Country Education is seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMFT or LCSW) to support K–12 students in Moreno Valley, CA during the 2026–2027 school year. Provide individual, group, and family counseling to support students' emotional, behavioral, and social development. Conduct mental health assessments and connect students with appropriate school-based and community resources. Collaborate with educators, families, and community partners to develop and implement student support plans. Support crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and postvention efforts while promoting a safe, inclusive school environment. Partner with multidisciplinary teams focused on improving student well-being and academic success.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field
- Valid California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
