About The Position
Wood Violet Recovery is a voluntary, residential, and electronics-friendly program that focuses on supporting client autonomy, real-world connection, and long-term recovery. They are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their behavioral health team. Clinicians will work with adults undergoing treatment for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring diagnoses. The role involves providing group and individual therapy, collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, and assisting clients in achieving recovery goals. This position is suited for clinicians who thrive in a structured environment with strong team support and wish to make a significant impact on clients' lives. The location is 45 minutes from Madison, offering a collaborative treatment setting and the chance to help clients achieve lasting recovery through evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
- 1+ year experience working with individuals in behavioral health.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling to clients in recovery and/or mental health treatment.
- Participate in treatment planning and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.
- Lead therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
