Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to meet all requirements necessary to drive a school bus (training provided if applicable).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Friendly, professional, and dependable.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing daily needs.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and actively engage with young children throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in childcare, education, customer service, or administrative support preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide lunch and break coverage for classroom teachers while maintaining a safe, nurturing learning environment.
Greet families, visitors, and vendors with exceptional customer service at the front desk.
Answer phones and assist with administrative tasks.
Assist with student arrivals, departures, and daily school operations.
Safely transport children to and from local elementary schools and field trips using the school's bus.
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain transportation records.
Support teachers and leadership with classroom preparation and special projects as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and follow all Primrose Schools policies and state licensing regulations.
Help create a positive, welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.
