About The Position

Sage Connections is hiring a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist to provide K–12 school-based services during the 2026–2027 school year. Multiple caseloads are available. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday, for 37.5 hours per week, with dates listed as ASAP through May 2027. Both experienced school SLPs and those new to the field are welcome, and the company describes providing team support to help specialists succeed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Two years of experience in speech/language pathology.
• ASHA CCC required.
• Strong collaboration and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning.
