School-Based Speech Language Pathologist

About The Position
This is a full-time position for the 2025/2026 School Year, requiring in-person work at school sites located within Coachella Valley, CA. The role involves providing speech-language pathology services to students.
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited speech language pathology program.
- Current and unrestricted licensure (by the California Board of Speech Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensers) to work in the state of California.
- If you are in the process of relocating to California and your licensure in the state of CA is in process or will be in process, this is OK as well.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Current knowledge of treatment practices and a drive to continually learn about and explore new treatment practices that may benefit our clients
- Experience with working with children with a variety of disorders and deficits including but not limited to language, articulation, fluency, and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Able to be highly flexible and agile (we are living and working in a very dynamic time right now)
- Able to be highly collaborative, team-oriented and customer service driven
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit frequently or for prolonged periods of time.
- Physical abilities include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 25 pounds.
- Stooping, crouching, reaching, handling, fingering, talking, hearing conversations, and near, far visual acuity, depth perception, color vision, field of vision.

Responsibilities
- Complete Evaluations & Treatments
- Attend or complete IEP meetings
- Communicate/Consult with team members regarding student progress
- Record evaluations, complete daily treatment notes, complete attendance logs
- Report writing
- IEP writing
