About The Position
Sage Connections is hiring a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide school-based services to K–12 students during the 2026–2027 school year. Multiple caseloads are available. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday, for 37.5 hours per week, with dates listed as ASAP through May 2027. The role is offered by a woman- and therapist-owned, mission-driven special education staffing company that emphasizes support for its specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Authorization.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license.
- Up to one year of experience working in an educational field.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs.
- Coordinate with the supervising SLP to develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and service logs.
