Requirements
- Licensed School Social Worker (or eligible for licensure)
- Experience working with middle and high-school students or 3-5 years clinical experience
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and/or with Mental Health
Responsibilities
- Assess students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs and develop IEP goals and individualized supports
- Provide direct and indirect social work services and counseling
- Provide crisis intervention, behavior support, and classroom consultation
- Partner with families, teachers, school administrators, and other professionals to create a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment that strengthens connections between home, school, and the community.
