About The Position
SchoolHouse Staffing is seeking a licensed School Social Worker for an immediate temporary placement through June 5th. This is a full-time, single-building assignment at either the Belmont or Downtown location, supporting a caseload of approximately 45 students across general education and consult-only populations.
Requirements
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- PEL must include endorsement in School Social Work
- Ability to start immediately
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a K–12 school setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct social work services to assigned students
- Conduct student consultations and collaborate with school staff
- Support student social-emotional development and well-being
- Maintain accurate case documentation in compliance with district standards
- Attend relevant team meetings and coordinate with the school administration
