About The Position

PACT Charter School is seeking a School Social Worker for its Secondary Campus, servicing grades 6-12. This role is part of the Secondary Special Education Team and will provide social-emotional and behavioral support to students with IEPs. The School Social Worker will be responsible for direct services, IEP goal development, assessments, and short-term counseling. This position involves collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families, ensuring compliance with Medicaid (MA) billing, assisting with crisis intervention, and connecting students and families to community resources. The School Social Worker must adhere to district policies, maintain professionalism and confidentiality, and participate in ongoing professional development to support student success and well-being.

Requirements

  • MN Teacher's license required in the area of School Social Worker.
  • Servicing grades 6-12.

Responsibilities

  • Provide social-emotional and behavioral support to students with IEPs.
