This position is primarily responsible for fulfilling the day-to-day activities required of the front desk by personally performing duties with a focus on maintaining positive relationships with parents, students, and staff. The role involves screening telephone calls, greeting visitors, assisting students, supporting administrators with event preparation, managing correspondence, handling campus orders and purchasing card reconciliation, performing accounting duties, composing and proofing documents, making arrangements for meetings and events, maintaining office records, and scheduling substitute teachers. The position also requires covering duties for absent staff as requested by administration.
