Arma Dei Academy is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and technology-minded School Registrar & Technology Manager to support the academic and operational needs of our growing school community. This unique role combines oversight of student records, academic scheduling, and school information systems with day-to-day technology support. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver and communicator who can manage highly detailed information, learn new systems, support others, and handle confidential information with discretion. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working with student information systems, databases, academic records, technology systems, or a related area.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with student data and academic records.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Spiritually vibrant Christian who demonstrates Christ-centered servant leadership and integrates faith and work in a spirit of humility.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience within a K–12 school environment is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with FACTS, Canvas, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar systems is beneficial; however, candidates do not need prior experience with every platform to be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain student information and academic records within the Academy’s Student Information System (FACTS).
  • Coordinate grade reporting, report cards, attendance information, and related academic records.
  • Create and maintain the annual rotating K–12 class schedule, including staff, course, and classroom assignments.
  • Maintain official student records and generate high school transcripts.
  • Support records and documentation related to dual-credit coursework.
  • Maintain the Academy’s Learning Management System (Canvas) for teacher, student, and parent access.
  • Upload testing data and student records into appropriate school databases.
  • Create and manage online sign-ups for Parent/Teacher Conferences.
  • Maintain the Academy’s NCAA Eligibility Center information for prospective college student-athletes.
  • Coordinate with the College Counselor to maintain SCOIR for college search, applications, and document transfer.
  • Provide day-to-day technology support for faculty, staff, and members of the school community.
  • Coordinate technology setup and access for new faculty and staff.
  • Manage imaging and deployment of Apple equipment, including iPads, laptops, and Apple TVs.
  • Manage and support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and related technologies.
  • Maintain and support technology systems related to student devices, emergency communications, visitor management, dismissal, and other school operations.
  • Troubleshoot printers, devices, software, accounts, and other day-to-day technology needs.
  • Coordinate with external technology partners for network infrastructure support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve technology processes and provide training to faculty and staff as needed.
  • Provide A/V and technology support for school-wide events as needed.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 annually for the full-time position, depending on background and experience.
