About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for the '25-'26 school year in Monroe, MI. This role focuses on supporting K-12 students in reaching their full potential. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in School Psychology
  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certification (or Preliminary)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the referral process and conduct multi-faceted psycho-educational evaluations for eligibility determination.
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices to improve student social-emotional health.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions, implementing the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) process.
  • Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
