About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Anoka, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. This role involves providing school psychology services, conducting assessments, writing evaluation reports, developing and implementing IEP goals and therapy plans, participating in IEP meetings, collaborating with school teams, partnering with teachers and families, and maintaining timely documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in School Psychology
• Active Minnesota School Psychologist License

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide school psychology services in the school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
