About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking two dedicated School Psychologists to support K-12 students across multiple campuses in Longmont, CO for the 2026-2027 school year. This role offers district-wide professional development and the chance to lead significant change in Northern Colorado. The position involves conducting psychoeducational evaluations, developing and implementing FBAs and BIPs, providing direct student support, and facilitating social-emotional learning initiatives. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for RTI and behavioral interventions is key, as is participation in professional development and peer collaboration meetings.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree or higher in School Psychology
  • Valid Colorado DOE Special Services Provider (SSP) License
  • Ability to support multiple K–12 campuses as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience or specialized training in RTI, SEL, behavioral intervention planning, and school-based mental health support
  • Bilingual skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead psychoeducational evaluations for special education eligibility.
  • Develop and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Deliver direct student support services.
  • Facilitate social-emotional learning (SEL) initiatives to support students' mental health and academic success.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support Response to Intervention (RTI) and behavioral intervention strategies.
  • Participate in district-wide professional development and peer collaboration meetings.
