About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers for per diem school assignments throughout the Allentown area. This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing officers to accept shifts based on availability while supporting safe and structured school environments. This position is ideal for individuals seeking supplemental income, flexible work, or consistent school-based assignments without a fixed schedule requirement. KRE Security provides professional contract security services throughout Pennsylvania. Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable attendance when accepting assignments
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to obtain required Pennsylvania school clearances: ChildLine Clearance (Act 151)
• Must be able to obtain required Pennsylvania school clearances: Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History (Act 34)
• Must be able to obtain required Pennsylvania school clearances: FBI Fingerprinting (Act 114)
• Must pass background check
• Required in-person orientation prior to assignment

Nice To Haves

• Prior security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence within school environments
• Monitor entrances, hallways, and common areas
• Support a safe and orderly learning environment
• Respond to incidents, safety concerns, and emergencies
• Document activity and complete daily reports
• Follow school policies, procedures, and post orders
• Communicate effectively with school staff, administration, and supervisors
