About The Position

As a BrightBee Paraprofessional, you will support students in local schools, helping them learn, grow, and succeed. You might work 1:1 with a student or support a classroom alongside a teacher. The role offers flexible work, allowing individuals to work 2-5 days per week, with full school day shifts available (around 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM). This position is ideal for those seeking meaningful impact and flexible work arrangements, serving as a side hustle or a source of consistent weekly income. The more sites and assignment types an individual is open to, the greater their earning potential.

Requirements

• 48 college credits
• Pass a background check
• Follow safety and reporting guidelines
• Complete required school clearances (costs are the candidate's responsibility)
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

• RBT experience a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Support students with learning and classroom activities
