About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to support a vibrant caseload of elementary and middle school students onsite in Redmond and Kirkland, WA. This role is for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year. The OT will provide essential OT services for a K-8 caseload, ensuring continuity of care and therapy. Services will be delivered onsite and tailored to student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), focusing on academic performance and functional daily living skills. The role involves maintaining accurate progress notes and participating in multidisciplinary evaluations to meet district and state special education standards. Collaboration with school-based teams across multiple campuses to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom is also a key aspect of the position.

Requirements

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Washington State License and Certification in Occupational Therapy
Valid Washington Special Education ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
